While travelling up to West UP it will give rain to central India and Madhya Pradesh. This will not allow India Meteorological Department (IMD) to declare any withdrawal of Monsoon from Northwest India. Because while reaching South Uttar Pradesh it may intensify a little.
As per IMD winds profile model a cyclonic circulation will be forming over West Bay of Bengal around 25th September. This may not convert in to low but will give rain to land area. The withdrawal of monsoon is delayed by 20 to 25 days. But this circulation could be last one as rain bearing system of this monsoon.
