Weather Forecast for the week 30-12-2018 to 05-1-2018:

A feeble Western Disturbance will be affecting North West India from 31st December for three days due to which there will be rain or snow fall over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Uttarakhand. After this Western Disturbance passing away, a anticyclone will set over North Rajasthan and adjoining Pakistan. This situation will bring severe cold wave over all the areas mentioned above in second half of the week. Effect of sever cold wave will be observed in West UP, North Rajasthan, North MP, North Chhattisgarh with less intensity. Vidarbha, Northern part of Maharashtra, Gujarat region, Kutch and Telangana will also observe cold wave condition for two to three days from 04th January.

South India:
In southern India there will be rain at few places over Tamil Nadu, South Interior Karnataka and Kerala on 30th 31st and 01st of January. On 03rd 04th and 05th rain will only be observed by Tamil Nadu at one or two places.

Low In Bay:
A low pressure area of easterlies is over Philippines and moving west wards. This system will cross Bangkok by 04th of January. By 06th it will reach to Port Blair. Further watch will be discussed in next week.
