Weekly Weather Report Ending 31st March 2018

Realised Weather during the week from 25/03/2018 to 31/03/2018.

The Sun is now in full strength. During the last week Saurashtra and Kutch was under the grip of severe heat wave. Gujarat region also experienced heat wave at one or two places. Vidarbha, Northern part of Madhya Maharashtra and North Konkan observed hot days during the last week.

Now West Rajasthan is experiencing heat wave. Four districts Bikaner, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Barmer are facing heat wave. This year North West India is observing heat wave little early of the year. Punjab, Jammu, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Delhi also experienced heat wave at isolated places.

East India and Peninsular India some time getting thunder shower and so temperature did not go so high.

Forecast from 01/04/2018 to 07/04/2018 for Maharashtra, Gujarat & Goa State:

During the next week the anticyclone of Arabian sea is far away from the coast so west coast will not experience high temperature. Maximum temperature of Konkan and Goa will be between 32 degree Celsius and 34 degree Celsius.

Vidarbha will be facing high day temperature. One or two days there will be heat wave at isolated places. Maximum temperature will be between 42 degree Celsius and 44 degree Celsius.

Same like Vidarbha will be the position of North Madhya Maharashtra which include districts of  Dhule ,Jalgaon, Nasik and Ahmednagar will observe high day temperature. Maximum temperatures of these districts will be between 41 and 43 degree Celsius.

Districts of South Madhya Maharashtra such as Satara ,Sangli , Solapur, Kolhapur will not experience that much high day temperature. Maximum temperature will be between 37 and 39 degree Celsius.

Districts of Marathwada also face hot days. Osmanabad Latur Parbhani and Beed district’s maximum temperature will be between 41 and 43 degree Celsius.

Except coastal districts whole Gujarat state will experience day temperature between 41 and 43 degree Celsius.

A north south trough is likely to develop from 03rd of April. Due to this development 06th and 07th April there will be thunderstorm with squall over Marathwada, and South Madhya Maharashtra in the districts of Osmanabad, Latur, Parbhani, Beed, Satara , Sangli , Solapur, Kolhapur).
