The Warm Equatorial Region near Bay Causing Formation of Low Pressure Systems

The present equatorial belt in Indian Ocean specially near the Bay of Bengal is conducive to the formation of low-pressure system and moreover, remnants from South China sea are adding to it.

After Cyclone Nivar, two more systems will be forming in the Bay of Bengal.

On 28th November a low pressure had formed over south Andaman sea has now intensified into Depression. It will reach Tamil Nadu by 02nd December. Due to this depression, South Tamil Nadu will get heavy to very heavy rain on 02nd,03rd and Kerala will get heavy rain on 03rd and 04th December.

Thereafter this low will come over the Arabian sea and re-intensify into the cyclone and move West NorthWest direction towards Yamen.

One more low-pressure area will form in the Bay of Bengal and reach Tamil Nadu by the 07th of December. This will also give heavy rain to Tamil Nadu.
