Weather Forecast for the week 16th August to 22nd August

Western end of monsoon trough is close to foot hills of Himalaya. A cyclonic circulation lies over west Central Bay of Bengal off South Odisha coast. This cyclonic circulation will convert into low pressure area during next two days.

Rainfall activity will be over Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and East Madhya Pradesh on 16th, 17th and 18th August. Telangana,

Vidarbha and Marathwada will observe rainfall with one or two heavy spells on 18th, 19th and 20th August.

Madhya Maharashtra and North Konkan will face rain with few heavy to very heavy spells on 19th and 20th August.

20 th, 21st and 22nd rainfall will be over Gujarat state.

Karnataka and Kerala coast will get light to moderate rain full week.

Interior Karnataka and Interior Kerala will get passing showers.

On 21 and 22 Tamil Nadu will good rain with one or two heavy spells.
