Weather Forecast for the week 30th May to 05th June 2022

Monsoon did not advance much during the last week. Southwesterly current was not strong. However Western Disturbance gave relief from heat wave condition to North India. North East India received good amount of rainfall. Areas in Assam got flooded.

South Westerly monsoon current has picked up again. In coming week monsoon will onset over Kerala and further advancement also possible.
Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and some part of Maharashtra will observe rain with thunderstorm activity. Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana may face heavy rain at some places.
Monsoon current of Bay of Bengal will give good rain to West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. Heavy rain at some places.

No heat wave condition over India, however, Rajasthan, West UP and MP will face hot days. Maximum Temperature will be between 40 degree and 45 degree.
