Cold wave conditions persisted over Northern parts of India due to influenced Western disturbance.

Weather Forecast for the week 03rd January to 09th January 2021:-
Due to Western Disturbance moving from west to east over North India, rainfall will be observed at Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi East Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh on 03, 04, 05 & 06th January. Cold waves also will affect these areas due to less day radiation.
A deep South-North trough in easterlies moving from east to west over south India. This will give rain to Tamil Nadu, Kerala, South Interior Karnataka Coastal Karnataka on 04, 05, 06 th January and to Marathwada, South Madhya Maharashtra and coastal Maharashtra on 07, 08, 09 January.
