Weather realised during the week ending 17^th  September 2022.

 In the beginning of the last week, the monsoon trough has been lying south of its normal position and passes through well marked low pressure over  Madhya Pradesh. The well marked low pressure moved northwestwards during the week and  thus monsoon trough also moved towards its normal position at the end of the week.

The cyclonic circulation in Arabian sea has interacted with well marked low pressure over Madhya Pradesh and a trough is developed from Arabian sea to the well marked low pressure across Gujarat.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall has been recorded at most of the places in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat. Madhya Pradesh , Uttar Pradesh during the week.

Weekly forecast for the week 19th September to 25th September.

Cyclonic Circulation over North West and adjoining West central Bay of Bengal will become low pressure area by tomorrow the 19th September.

Cyclonic circulation North East Uttar Pradesh persists.

Due to low pressure area eastern part of monsoon trough will move south wards.

This will give good amount of rainfall with some heavy spells to Odisha, Andhra Pradesh (heavy spell to North Andhra Pradesh) Telangana, Marathwada (Maharashtra), North Madhya Maharashtra on 19^th, 20^th  and 21^st  September. Moderate rain to Assam Sikkim, Chhattisgarh ,Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar and  Delhi during same period.,

Vidarbha Interior Odisha Chhattisgarh Madhya Pradesh will have rain with one or two heavy spells on 22^nd , 23^rd , 24^th  September.

Haryana, Uttarakhand,  Himachal Pradesh will get heavy rain on 25^th September.
