Another Cyclonic Circulation lies over North East Bay of Bengal (Remnant of cyclone NORU).
Both Cyclonic Circulation will merge on 03rd October.

Rainfall Activity
04th 05th and 06th October – Due to above situation Odisha, plain areas of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, North East Madhya Pradesh, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Assam Meghalaya will observe rain. Odisha and plain area of West Bengal will face some heavy spells.

06th 07th 08th October.- Himachal Pradesh Uttarakhand Uttar Pradesh will observe rain.

07th 08th and 09th October. –
Uttarakhand and adjoining West Uttar Pradesh area will observe thunder with lightning and rain activity.

07th and 08th October.
Uttarakhand may face heavy to very heavy rain due to thunder.

07th 08th and 09th October Marathwada area of Maharashtra Telangana South Interior Karnataka adjoining areas of Andhra Pradesh will face evening thunder with lightning and rain.
