Low Pressure System

Formation of low pressure area in Bay of Bengal and moving towards North West over Indian latitude has delayed the withdrawal of south west monsoon from northern India this year.
A cyclonic circulation lies over south west Bay of Bengal. It may behave as easterlies rain giving system.

Southwest Monsoon Withdrawal:
During next week south west monsoon will withdraw from northern India and simultaneously north east monsoon will start giving rain over peninsular India.

Thunder and Rain Activity
From 10th October to 14th October thunder with lightning and rain in below regions –
Northern Parts – Uttarakhand , Uttar Pradesh , Bihar

Central & Peninsular India – Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, adjoining areas of Vidarbha, adjoining areas of Telangana, South Chhattisgarh and Interior Karnataka, Interior Tamil Nadu.
