Low pressure systems

1. Cyclonic circulation over central Arabian sea will move away west ward.
2. A cyclonic circulation lies over South East Arabian sea off Kerala coast.
3. A trough runs from this cyclonic circulation to South Bay of Bengal across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

4. Possibility of Cyclone Formation
A cyclonic circulation will form over North Andaman sea by 18th of October, this cyclonic circulation will intensify further into low pressure area. By by 22nd or 23rd this low will intensify into cyclone and move towards Vishakhapatnam.

Rainfall
1. On 17th 18th and 19th Kerala, Tamil Nadu and South Interior Karnataka will face heavy rain at some places
2. On 17th 18th and 19th Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and interior Maharashtra including south Konkan will observe rainfall.
3. On 20th 21st 22nd and 23rd the rain will be over Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
