Western Disturbance (WD)

WD lies as a low over central Pakistan and an induced low lies over south Pakistan. Both system as a western disturbance start crossing North West India from 01st May.

A wind discontinuity line runs from Vidarbha to Interior Tamil Nadu.

A cyclonic circulation lies over south Chhattisgarh.

Hailstorm
There is a possibility of hail storm over Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada Jharkhand West Bengal Himachal Pradesh Uttarakhand Haryana Delhi between 01st May and 04th May.

Low Pressure Area (LOPAR)
Between 05th and 06th May, a LOPAR will develop in south Bay of Bengal which may become more marked subsequently.

Rainfall:
Himachal Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, Utter Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura, Assam, Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu Coastal, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala will face moderate rainfall and at one or two places heavy rainfall.

Duststorm
West Rajasthan will observe dust storm.

Temperature:
Only Gujarat state will observe rise in day temperature. Rest of the country will not see change in day temperature.
