Weekly Weather Forecast 17th July With Formation of Depression in Bay
The monsoon trough is active.
A Cyclonic Circulation (cycir) over North Odisha and adjoining Jharkhand has become low pressure area.
Depression Over Bay
On 20th a remnant of depression crossing Thailand and entering in to Bay of Bengal and it will become low pressure area over north Bay of Bengal subsequently it may become depression.
Rainfall Activity:
On 17th, 18th and 19th interior Odisha south Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Madhya Pradesh will observe heavy rainfall
On 19th North Madhya Maharashtra and west Madhya Pradesh will face heavy rainfall.
Above rainfall due to the present cycir.
On 20th Gujarat region will observe heavy rainfall.
On 21st, 22nd and 23rd there will be heavy rainfall over Odisha, north Andhra Pradesh, South Chhattisgarh Telangana Vidarbha, West Madhya Pradesh part of Marathwada North Madhya Maharashtra and Gujarat region.
Above rainfall due to formatio of depression in Bay.
West coast like Karnataka coast and Konkan will observe moderate to heavy rainfall during the week.
Due to Western Disturbance on 18th and 19th Uttarakhand Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh will face heavy rainfall.
South India will observe light to moderate rainfall. Only coastal Karnataka will observe moderate to heavy rainfall and very heavy at some places during the week.
