Monsoon Status Last week
Southwest Monsoon was withdrawn from the entire country on 28th October 2020. It is the most second delayed monsoon withdrawal after 2010 (on 29th October).

Simultaneously Northeast monsoon was set with the onset of Northeasterly winds in the Bay of Bengal at lower atmospheric levels.

Low Temperature

28th October – The lowest minimum temperature recorded was 10.8°C at Churu (west Rajasthan).

31st October – The lowest minimum temperature recorded was 9.9°C at Una (Himachal Pradesh).

 

Forecast for the week starting from 02nd November 2020:

Next 2 to 3 days some places of Tamil Nadu will face heavy rain.

Rest of the country dry and cool weather.

In next 3 to 4 days Minimum temperature of Delhi Haryana West UP East UP will fall by 2°C to 3°C.
